In Argentina we started the diffusion stage of the VIA project. We had the opportunity to transmit it to young people from Llavallol and Zárate in the province of Buenos Aires.
On the afternoon of the 2nd March, we were in Llavallol and we shared with former students from the different schools of the Servants of Mary about what International Volunteering in Alliance (VIA) is all about. The dialogues that arose from the presentation were very enriching. We were able to comment on the different projects and the conditions that each one requires in order to be able to carry out the experience. One by one we responded to their doubts and concerns.
On the 23rd of March we went to Zárate to share with the students of the Teacher Training and Technical College of the Sisters of the Cross. The young people welcomed the proposal very well, and asked some questions about the projects and the realities of the countries. It was a beautiful afternoon because we were able to talk about what volunteering is, the richness of the different cultures in the life of the person who goes and in the people who receive, as well as the importance of the social transformation that is achieved through the small choices, we make every day.
